WEBHOOK
Fires when a voicemail recording finishes processing. Voicemails are a distinct recording type from regular call recordings — they are captured when a call goes unanswered and the caller leaves a message.

Common use case

Use voicemail.received to notify staff of missed calls, trigger an SMS callback to the caller, or feed recordings into a transcription pipeline. Fetch the audio using GET /recordings/{recording_id}/file with the recording_id from the payload.
